On 19 January we'll conduct a series of tests that may momentarily degrade page load time performance, and possibly bring down your e-commerce website for up to 5 minutes.
The tests will be performed in cooperation with our security consultants between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 pm Mountain Standard Time, or 6 pm and 9 pm Greenwich Mean Time.
If you are alerted by our site monitoring services of a problem during this time, then it's related to our testing. You can consider this a period of scheduled maintenance, but without certainty that your site will experience any actual interruption or delay in uptime. It's possible you'll notice no difference from normal.
We appreciate your patience during these tests.
Our server cluster rode out the security test without incident. Our third-party performance monitoring vendor reported no difference in uptime or page load time during the testing period. Turns out to have been a non-event insofar as hosting status.
